摘要 |
本研究為藥物處理無效的鼻過敏患者進行鼻甲無線電波手術後之長期手術效果的報告。共146位患者進行鼻甲無線電波手術，其中119位患者術後至少5年有持續追蹤，101位有完整的資料可供分析。分析結果顯示，在鼻甲無線電波手術前至術後5年，鼻塞改善程度在VAS(視覺類比評分)中的平均值(標準差)為6.65(1.92)至4.45(2.54)；鼻漏為5.90(2.79)至3.79(2.97)；打噴嚏為5.15(2.77)至3.50(2.77)；鼻子癢為3.67(3.03)至2.41(2.30)；眼睛癢為2.94(3.02)至2.02(2.42)。換言之，長期結果指出，鼻甲無線電波手術對藥物處置無效的鼻過敏是有效且安全的。 |
